Tropical fish oscars

There is also a brain looking thing that has a white tube coming from it that looks like an egg thats been eaten but still growing. Thank you in advance for any information given.Does anyone know what the eggs are supposed to look like and if so does this sound right? Does anyone know what they look like when they are successfully fertilized and growing as two of them have what i describe as a halo thing around a white blob and there is an orange and black striped thing growing in it that does actually look like our tiger Oscars.

is my tank over crowded? I just got a 29 gallon tank (i used to have a 10 gallon filled with tropical fish) i wanted a 55 but i have nowhere to put it but thats besides the point. as of rite now i have2 baby oscars2 bala sharks1 fire mouth meekis (small)1 pleco before you say anyting..i know my tank is too small for full grown oscars. and will i be able to add a small jack dempsey or will it not get along with my other fish?* I am giving my oscars to my friend once they reach 5-6 inches.. i'm not as dumb as you think all my fish are small at the momment and my tank looks quite empty..i do have a 75 gallon tank waiting for me i just have no where to put it at the momment.
