Open Question: Can Chinese Algea Eaters survive in a tank with gold fish? A snail? Without a filter?

I have some gorgeous snail, Snelly. Bonus points if you can link me up with an aquarium fish relief locus.Meijers cryed them Chinese Algea Eaters. I hate big buisness.I have two goldfish, Frank and Fido, that are corresponding year of achievement old. Will they co-exsist after a filter? I have a tank. And two Chinese Algea Eaters.
